Motor and airflow settings
The duster uses a brushless motor, which requires less maintenance than a brushed motor. It has three speed settings, allowing you to adjust the airflow to the surface being cleaned. Start at a lower setting for delicate items; higher power can help clear dust from less sensitive surfaces.
The maximum motor speed and air velocity describe the device’s capabilities. In everyday cleaning, results also depend on the selected setting and how easily the airflow can reach the dust.
Four attachments for different tasks
The package includes four attachments, including two brushes. They help adapt the duster to narrow gaps, devices and larger surfaces. It can be used around the home, at a computer, in a car or workshop, and during outdoor activities.
Before cleaning electronics, switch them off and disconnect them from power. Use the airflow carefully and avoid unnecessarily spinning fans with it. Blown dust can spread into the surrounding area, so choose a suitable place to clean.
Battery and USB-C charging
The 6,000 mAh battery reportedly provides several tens of minutes of active use. Charging via USB-C takes approximately 2.5 hours. A battery indicator helps you monitor the remaining charge and plan when to recharge.
Design and reuse
The duster’s black body is made of ABS plastic. Its compact size and low weight make it easy to carry between the home, car and workshop.
Because the MF100 is reusable, it can reduce consumption of disposable compressed-air cans and the waste they create. An electric duster still requires energy and a battery, however, so using it is not without environmental impact.
