The Teendow C7 Max is a carpet and steam cleaner with an 1800 W power rating, 16 kPa suction pressure and a 1.6-litre clean-water tank. It offers four modes for cleaning carpets and other suitable surfaces: steam, steam with suction, hot water and cold water.
Performance and key specifications
The cleaner produces steam at temperatures above 100 °C. Its 16 kPa suction pressure helps extract dirt and moisture. Extraction can reduce the amount of water left in a surface after cleaning, but it does not mean the surface will be dry immediately.
The device measures 342 × 190 × 325 mm and weighs 4.7 kg. It runs on a 220–240 V mains supply. The 4-metre power cable and 1.2-metre hose affect its working reach; when cleaning larger areas, you may need to move the cleaner or plug it into another socket.
Four cleaning modes
- Steam: cleans suitable surfaces with hot steam.
- Steam with suction: steam helps loosen dirt, while suction extracts it along with moisture. This mode can be used on suitable carpets, for example.
- Hot water: cleans without steam, for materials that can withstand the relevant temperature.
- Cold water: cleans without steam or hot water, provided the surface and its care instructions allow it.
Choose a mode according to the material and its manufacturer’s care instructions. Even cold water is not suitable for every surface. Before using steam or hot water, check that the material can withstand heat and moisture; do not use hot water on heat-sensitive surfaces. Follow the cleaner’s instructions too and, if in doubt, test an inconspicuous area first.
Steam preparation and tank capacity
Steam is ready in approximately 30 seconds, while hot water reaches operating temperature in approximately 15 seconds. Allow for a short wait before cleaning.
The clean-water tank holds 1,600 ml and the waste-water tank holds 1,500 ml. The separate tanks supply clean water and collect extracted dirty water. Their capacities affect how often you need to refill or empty them; the actual interval depends on the selected mode and the area being cleaned.
What the C7 Max offers in practice
The Teendow C7 Max combines steam cleaning, suction and water cleaning in one device. Steam with suction is useful for suitable carpets, while the water modes provide options for cleaning without steam. The right mode depends on what the specific surface can withstand and how its manufacturer recommends maintaining it.
