MCHOSE A7 V3 Ultra+ is a lightweight wireless gaming mouse aimed at competitive play. It combines the PAW3955 TI sensor, a polling rate of up to 8000 Hz, a weight of around 59 grams, three connection options, and a magnetic charging dock.
MCHOSE A7 V3 Ultra+ is a lightweight wireless gaming mouse aimed at competitive gaming. It combines the PAW3955 TI sensor, a polling rate of up to 8000 Hz, a weight of around 59 grams, three connection options, and a magnetic charging dock.
This is the highest version of the A7 V3 series. Compared to the Pro and Pro+ models, it uses a more sensitive sensor and the manufacturer claims a maximum resolution of up to 50,000 DPI.
PAW3955 TI is one of the main attractions
The A7 V3 Ultra+ uses the PAW3955 TI optical sensor.
The manufacturer states a maximum resolution of 50,000 DPI, which is an overclocked value. In actual gaming, most players will use significantly lower DPI, usually hundreds to a few thousand.
More important than the marketing maximum is the stability of tracking during fast movements.
MCHOSE specifies tracking at more than 20,000 frames per second and high acceleration. Early user reviews on forums praise especially the smooth tracking and the absence of sensor dropouts.
8000 Hz over both wired and wireless connections
The polling rate can reach up to 8000 Hz on wired and 2.4 GHz wireless connections.
This means the mouse can send its position to the computer up to eight thousand times per second.
In practice, 8K polling has the greatest significance on fast monitors and in competitive games. At the same time, it increases demands on the processor and power consumption, so for everyday work the maximum value may not always be the most reasonable.
Weight of about 59 grams
The mouse weighs around 59 g and measures approximately 125.8 × 63.2 × 39.8 mm.
It has a symmetrical shape, recommended by the manufacturer especially for medium to larger hands.
The low weight makes it easier to move quickly and lift the mouse, which is advantageous particularly in FPS games with low sensitivity.
Three connection options
The A7 V3 Ultra+ supports:
- USB cable,
- 2.4 GHz wireless connection,
- Bluetooth.
For gaming, 2.4 GHz mode with the 8K nano receiver makes the most sense. Bluetooth is more practical with a laptop or for general work where minimal latency is not a priority.
500 mAh battery
The mouse contains a 500 mAh battery.
The manufacturer claims up to 384 hours of battery life, but this value should be understood in the context of power-saving settings. At 8K polling rate, consumption will be significantly higher.
A good news is that the Ultra+ version includes a magnetic wireless charging dock. Between gaming sessions, the mouse can simply be placed on the stand to charge without connecting a cable.
Omron switches rated for 100 million clicks
The main buttons use Omron mechanical switches with a declared lifespan of 100 million clicks.
The scroll wheel uses a TTC Gold encoder.
These components exceed typical no-name switches found in cheap gaming mice.
Nordic 54L and TOPSPEED Wireless 2.0
Processing is handled by MCHOSE’s own platform with the Nordic 54L chip and TOPSPEED Wireless 2.0 technology.
The goal is low latency and a stable wireless connection even in environments with numerous other 2.4 GHz devices.
M HUB available in browser and on PC
Settings are managed through M HUB.
Users can adjust DPI, polling rate, button assignments, and other supported settings. The web version is interesting, allowing some configuration without classic software installation.

Who is the A7 V3 Ultra+ for?
It makes most sense for FPS and competitive gamers who want a lightweight mouse without giving up wireless connectivity.
For office work, 8K polling and 50,000 DPI are unnecessary luxuries, but the three connection modes make the mouse versatile also beyond gaming.
Is the MCHOSE A7 V3 Ultra+ worth it?
Technically, it is a very well-equipped mouse. Its biggest advantages are PAW3955 TI, 8K polling, low weight, 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity and a magnetic dock.
On paper, its specifications approach those of more expensive gaming mice. Therefore, the deciding factor will be whether the shape and surface feel comfortable to the user. Ergonomics remain more important than an extreme DPI specification in a mouse.
